Class Description

Agni Yoga - 7:15am, Monday - Saturday:     Wake Up, revitalize and renew!  Super charge your body and mind with sizzling Sun Salutations, arousing asanas, and passionate pranayamas to heat you internally - the natural way. Be prepared to sweat, burn fat, shed pounds and toxins.  Should be familiar with Sun Salutations.

Gentle Yoga - 9am, Monday, Wednesday and Friday:  Flowing movements coupled with deep breathing allow us to explore areas of physical limitation, while discovering feelings of emotional constriction.  Calm and energizing.  All levels welcome, great for Beginners.

Chikitsa Yoga (Healing) - 5pm, Tuesday and Thursday:  The Shala specializes in the traditional healing practice of Yoga.  Improve, regain and maintain overall good health in the body and mind.  Anyone wishing to restore, relax and re-affirm their healing potential is welcome.  All levels.

Open Tapas (Mat) Yoga - 5pm, Monday,Wednesday and Friday: This open “mat” class is a multi-level one, designed for everyone, from Beginner to Intermediate to Advanced.  Beginners get lots of modifications, while Intermediate and Advanced students can work on their inner and outer techniques.

All Levels Yoga - 7pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday:  Traditional Hatha Yoga is always taught according to the needs and requirements of the individual, at any given time.  This is why Yoga is different things to different people, to include each pose being different, depending on the student.  This is not a gym stretch class pretending to be Yoga, and its not a one-size fits all approach.  Yoga builds strength, flexibility and endurance – at every level.  Students should be familiar with Sun Salutations and have an open, fun-loving attitude.  The aim is effortless effort.  All levels welcome.

Yoga Camp - 9am, Thursday and Saturday at Harbins Park:  Lose Weight, Get Fit, Shape Up, Have Fun, Meet Others.   Expect a vigorous workout to challenge your core, maximize your fitness goals, while cultivating a healthy and strong body and mind.  No experience necessary.  Want to be in the best shape of your life?  Want to improve your mind / body connection?  Want to breath well and smile often?  Want to discover your potential?  Want to discover and hurdle mental barriers?  Then Yoga Camp is for you!

Beginner's Yoga - New Series, Tuesday, May 11, 7pm:  Have you been considering taking a Yoga class but didn't know what to expect?  Are you curious, but don't want to be the only new person in class?  Maybe you have tried a Yoga video, but feel like you need something more.   Or maybe you've been away from the practice for a while, and want to refamiliarize yourself.  Or you just want to get back to the basics.  Then Beginner's Yoga is for you.  New sessions every four weeks.  So if you are new to Yoga, interested in Yoga, wanting to learn more about Yoga, all in a supportive environment where you can ask questions, learn useful information, and find out the best way to make Yoga a part of your life. Pre-Register Today!
